Laura Finished a Small!

I finished a small!  It is not the small from January; but you gotta take what you can get right?  This is called Vintage Pincushion and is from the BBD Joyeux Noel book.  I used some Peacock Belle Soie silk that I was given at a BBD retreat I was lucky enough to attend.

1934 is the year that is charted, and it just so happens that it is the year that Rose Carlson and Robert Wade Bates were married in New Carlisle, Indiana.  They are my grandparents so the charted year was perfect!!

  2. Yay, Laura! I have seen you start lots of projects but this is a thrill to see a finish! And what a nice remembrance of your grandparents! This will look great in your bowl of smalls.
